FAM CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This Policy is prepared to inform the visitors of the www.famstore.co ("Site") Site and the customers ("Buyer") of Selen GÜRSOY (“FAM”) about the cancellation of orders placed, the return and exchange of the ordered products.
Regarding the cancellation of orders made by the Buyer, the return and exchange of the ordered and completed products; the relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") signed between FAM and the Buyer remain valid.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY THE BUYER
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure that FAM can not foresee, the situation shall be notified to the Buyer as soon as possible. In this case, the Buyer may (a) cancel the order (b) replace the product with a similar one (c) request to postpone the delivery until the force majeure disappears.
After the order is completed and the product is shipped by FAM, but before the delivery to the Buyer or the person / organization to be authorized, the Buyer is responsible for all kinds of shipping fees, especially for the return of the order, in case of cancellation.
In case the Buyer cancels the order after paying the price of the product, paid-price is returned to the bank within 10 (ten) days from the date of cancellation. After the refund to the bank by the FAM, its reflection of on Buyer accounts is entirely related to the tinternal ransaction process of the bank. FAM can not make any intervention in this matter Therefore can not be held responsible for possible delays.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY FAM
In the event that it is impossible to sell/ship the product subject to the contract, FAM shall inform the Buyer within 3 (three) business days from the date of order. The total price will be returned to the bank within 10 (ten) days following this notification. After the refund to the bank by the FAM, its reflection of on Buyer accounts is entirely related to the tinternal ransaction process of the bank. FAM can not make any intervention in this matter Therefore can not be held responsible for possible delays.
If the Buyer does not fulfill its obligation of paying the price of the purchased product or if the payment is canceled by the bank for any reason, FAM's obligation to deliver the product shall also be terminated in the light of the cancellation of order.
If it is determined that the credit card with which the Buyer has made payment is used by unauthorized persons unfairly therefore the price of the product sold is not paid to the FAM by the relevant bank or financial institution, Buyer must return the ordered product to FAM within 3 (three) days of receipt.
RETURN OF THE PRODUCT TO FAM AND CHANGE PROCESS
The product successfully delivered to the Buyer shall be returned to the FAM by using the right of withdrawal or other reasons of cancellation / refund to the address below:

While the product may be returned free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo, the contracted cargo company of FAM, the shipping fee and responsibility for shipment made with other Cargo companies belongs to the Buyer.
In the event that the product subject to the contract can not be supplied for a justified reason and / or in case of a stock problem, Buyer is immediately informed and approved in a clear and immediate manner. Accordingly FAM may send (a) another product to Buyer with equal quality and price, (b) a new product in line with the desire and choice of the Buyer. However, both parties may wait product to be stocked or other barriers banning delivery to disappear. Order may also be canceled by Buyer.
In the event that the product delivered to the Buyer is different from the product (the subject of the Contract), the Buyer may not accept the delivery and return as well as accepting and returning the product to the FAM free of charge within 3 (three) days from the delivery. In this case, FAM shall send the product ordered by the Buyer (subject of the Contract) as soon as receipt of the wrongly delivered product.
If the Buyer wants to return the product he bought; Buyer shall to return the product in so full and complete form that it can be offered for sale again. Product must be returned along with any item / gift sent beside it, original invoice and also delivery note.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the order / contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the without showing any justification/reason and without penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, not damaged as a result of use error, and its packaging must not be damaged.
However, certain products and services not entitled to withdraw by Law on Consumer Protection numbered 6502, even if they are not utilized.
USAGE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The explicit notice celarly indicating that the recipient has exercised his right of withdrawal should be done within the duration of the right of withdrawal (fourteen days from the date of delivery) by filling out the FAM Returns-Withdrawal Form on the Site and sending the Form to firstname.lastname@example.org or Uçaksavar Sitesi Koçyiğitler Sokak No:5 D:6 Etiler, Beşiktaş/İstanbul.
The Buyer is obliged to return the product and the documents listed below to FAM within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification by which he / she uses the right of withdrawal:
- A copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product(s) was sent to FAM,
- (In accordance with the tax legislation) The original of the invoice, if necessary the return invoice issued on behalf of the institutions,
- Product(s) should be returned to the FAM in a complete, undamaged and resalable form including its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
Provided that the above-mentioned requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the procedure by the Buyer on time, the product price shall be returned to the bank within 14 (fourteen) days from the date withdrawal notification successfully reaches FAM. WRONGFUL USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that Buyer re-sends the product to FAM without following the procedure detailed above, the return of this product cannot be called as the “usage of right of withdrawal”. In this case Buyer may not use any authority arising from the right of withdrawal, nor request a refund of the product price.
The Buyer is obliged to compensate the damages of the FAM at the rate of the his defect in case of a decrease in the value (of the product) or the return (of the product) becomes impossible due to Buyer’s fault.
